Care Assistant – Domiciliary Care - Weekend Worker
Location: Cannock and surrounding areas – must live within 5 miles of (WS11 0EJ)
Job Type: Part time
Shifts: 7am–2pm, 3pm-10pm every weekend
Are you a caring and compassionate individual looking for a rewarding career in care? We are recruiting Care Assistants to support adults in their own homes across Cannock and surrounding areas, helping them remain independent and comfortable.
Key Responsibilities
* Personal care including washing, showering, and toileting
* Supporting dignity, respect, and independence
* Medication administration
* Meal preparation
* Domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry
* Single and double handed calls.
About You
* Caring, empathetic, and reliable
* Strong communication skills
* Able to build positive relationships with service users, families, and professionals
* Previous care experience preferred but not essential – full training provided
Essential Requirements
* Full UK driving licence
* Access to your own vehicle for work purposes
* Ability to travel within Wombourne and surrounding areas
* Right to work in the UK – (Due to the areas covered, non-drivers cannot be considered for this role.)
