The Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, self-starter Marketing Associate who will work closely with the marketing team to bring fresh ideas and support the execution of Apsida Life Science’s marketing strategy. If you’re passionate about creating compelling content, engaging audiences, and working on projects that drive both brand visibility and community engagement, this role is for you. You'll be given clear guidelines alongside the freedom to innovate, with a focus on creating an impactful online presence and engaging content that attracts candidates, clients, and future Apsida team members alike.
This is an entry level position; no degree or direct marketing experience is required. What’s important to us? Passion to learn!
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing
* Design visually appealing and brand-aligned graphics for social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X) and internal communications using tools like Canva.
* Develop and publish creative, engaging content across multiple social media platforms.
* Work with the marketing team to brainstorm, develop, and execute marketing campaigns that drive engagement, boost brand visibility, and attract both new clients and talent to Apsida Life Science.
* Stay current on industry trends, social media best practices, and new content tools, and proactively bring fresh ideas to the table.
* Support the production of multimedia content (e.g. short videos, podcasts, infographics) to support Apsida’s unique voice and expand our reach across digital channels.
* Track the performance of content and social media posts, making adjustments based on data insights to optimise engagement and growth.
* Support the sales team with marketing collateral for pre and post sales opportunities.
* Creating and sending out internal marketing documents for incentives & events.
* Updating internal marketing Visuals [Keeping the team updated on figures etc.]
* Support the Leadership team with Marketing collateral.
Operations
* Support the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring the environment is organised, well-presented and aligned with Apsida’s standards
* Assist with maintaining office supplies and coordinating stock as needed
* Contribute to creating a positive and well-functioning team environment
Ideal Qualifications:
* Some experience with social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram), either personally or professionally, is preferred
* Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful, with an eagerness to contribute ideas and work autonomously in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.
* Excellent time management skills; able to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
* Confident communicator, comfortable sharing ideas, asking questions and contributing within a team environment
