Responsibilities
* Personal Care – support clients with their care needs in line with their individual care plans.
* Companionship – build professional relationships, meet emotional, social and spiritual needs, encouraging independence and choice.
* Daily Living – assist clients with daily tasks such as medication support, meal preparation, and maintaining wellbeing.
Qualifications
* Passion for supporting others.
* Take pride in delivering outstanding care.
* Be reliable, trustworthy and respectful.
* Enjoy building professional friendships with clients.
* Feel comfortable spending time supporting people in their own homes.
* Previous experience in a care setting or supporting older people is preferred, but full training will be provided.
