Job Title: Residential Lettings Manager
Location: Harrogate / Leeds
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum
Schedule: Full-time | 1 in 4 Saturdays

We are seeking an experienced Residential Lettings Manager to join a forward-thinking property company with ambitious growth plans over the next 5 years. Key Responsibilities
* Drive new business opportunities to increase market share and revenue.
* Manage the lettings team, providing leadership, training, and support.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships with landlords and tenants.
* Oversee the lettings process to ensure compliance and excellent customer service.
* Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets.
* Represent the brand professionally within the local property market.
About You
* Proven experience as a Lettings Manager or Senior Lettings Negotiator.
* Strong track record of winning business and hitting/exceeding targets.
* Excellent knowledge of the local property market (Harrogate / Leeds area).
* Confident leader with strong people management skills.
* Self-motivated, commercially minded, and results driven.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
