Location: Nottingham
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week
Based in Nottingham, we are looking to expand our Smart Metering team within our operations department due to continued success & growth and have created an exciting opportunity for a Smart Metering advisor, ensuring an excellent standard of service is provided and maintained to our Yu Energy customers.

Responsibilities
Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:
Ensure all smart metering queries and workstreams are resolved in line with agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
* Build strong relationships with other teams across the business, both internally & with external clients as well.
* Ensure continuity by documenting and escalating required actions to management, identifying process irregularities, and defining ongoing operational needs.
* Act as a liaison between customer-facing and non-customer-facing teams to manage complex enquiries and ensure effective resolution for the customer.
* Ensure business processes are robust.
* Resolve a broad range of customer enquiries across written and verbal channels by providing effective solutions.
* Develop and maintain a good understanding of the systems and processes available to ensure an excellent customer experience.
* Monitor, action, and promote issues to ensure timely completion of the customer journey and keep third parties informed.
* Ensure all requests are supported by accurate records so they are resolved within agreed timelines and standards.
Qualifications
* Experience within the energy industry preferred.
* Knowledge working with smart meters would be advantageous.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good organisational skills – able to organise own workload & plan.
* Good verbal & numerical skills.
