You will be part of a newly established Centre of Excellence focused on strengtheningernance, enhancing internal controls, and embedding best practice risk management across a diverse and globally dispersed operation. Your new role
As Audit & Assurance Business Partner, you will play a key role in delivering support across the organisation and you will lead risk-based audits, evaluate internal controls, and work closely with senior leaders to identify risks, improve processes, and champion effectiveernance.
Your responsibilities will include:
•Delivering risk-based audits from planning through to reporting
•Assessing internal controls andpliance frameworks
•Providing clear, actionable rmendations for improvement
•Partnering with operational teams to enhanceernance and business performance
•Supporting external audit activity
•Using data analytics to strengthen assurance work
•Driving a culture of continuous improvement across multiple regions

What you’ll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
•Strong knowledge of risk management, internal control and assurance methodologies
•Experience delivering financial, operational or strategic risk reviews
•Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence at senior levels
•High integrity, sound judgement and the ability to handle sensitive information
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and see the bigger picture
•A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
•A relevant professional qualification (IIA, ACCA, ACA, CertIRM) or progressing towards one
