Your new company Desian Education are proud to be supporting a Runcorn-based single form entry primary school. This inclusive and supportive mainstream school require a teaching assistant to join their team on a full-time temporary basis to support pupils with ALN (additional learning needs) in Year 4. You will lead on 1:1 and small group support for a group of pupils with ALN. You will: Plan and delivering targeted interventions in core subjects Encourage relevant lesson input Integrate your pupils into new pupil groups Accurately track and record pupil progress including recognising key milestones Report into the deputy head on pupil progress and further requirements Support with general classroom and behaviour management
What you need to succeed Full "Right to Work" in the UK Expert knowledge of the KS2 national curriculums Relevant referenceable classroom experience Be willing to undergo an Enhanced Children's DBS check Be at least NVQ Level 2 Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent qualification
