Location: Remote – with a kickoff meeting on site, and then meetings every 6 weeks
The Role
This is a great opportunity to join a leading UK provider of professional training across mediums such as seminars, webinars, and on-demand courses designed to keep legal, financial, and business professionals up to date. They are looking for someone to join their team on a 6-month contract as a Learning Architect, to come in and revamp their learning pathways, make content pedagogically sound and implement AI for adaptive learning.
Required Experience
* Good understanding of pedagogy
* Strong foundation designing end-to-end digital learning courses
* Experience working within training organisations and/or professional services
* Proven experience redesigning and implementing structured learning pathways
* Demonstrated experience delivering personalised or adaptive learning solutions, specifically with AI
