You’ll be handling renewable energy losses across wind, solar, biomass, hydro and related technologies. Expect turbine failures, transformer breakdowns, electrical faults, fire, and business interruption — technically detailed work that relies on sound engineering and clear reporting rather than volume handling.
You’ll be joining a business that gives adjusters real autonomy. Caseloads are low to allow time for proper investigation and reporting, and you’ll have the support of senior technical directors when you need — but the freedom to make decisions and manage your own workload. WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
You’ll already have experience in engineering adjusting, ideally with exposure to renewable energy / power generation. Engineering qualifications are preferred. What matters most is the ability to think clearly, assess risk accurately, and communicate with authority.
