Role Description
We're looking for an Influencer Talent Manager with at least 1+ year of experience in influencer marketing or talent management to support and grow our roster of creators. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the creator economy, brand partnerships, and social media platforms, with proven experience sourcing brand deals, pitching talent to agencies and brands, and negotiating creator fees to maximise revenue. You'll be confident managing end-to-end campaigns, building long-term client relationships, and identifying new commercial opportunities.
Highly organised and commercially minded, you will be responsible for guiding creators' career growth, developing their personal brand, securing partnerships, and helping them scale and monetise their content effectively.
Qualifications
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in influencer marketing, talent management,
or brand partnerships
• Skills in contract negotiation, project management, and logistics coordination
• Ability to strategise for talent branding, career growth,
and content positioning
• Knowledge of social media platforms and emerging
trends
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field is preferred
• Passionate about diversity, inclusion, and authentic representation in the influencer space
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
• Experience pitching talent to brands and agencies
