Project Administrator We’re working with a forward thinking commercial interiors and fit-out specialist that delivers high-quality workspace and infrastructure projects. They’re now looking for a Project Administrator to support their busy project delivery team - someone who thrives on keeping things organised, accurate, and moving. Key Responsibilities: * Provide administrative and coordination support across multiple live projects. * Maintain project documentation, drawings, and records. * Assist with scheduling, reporting, and budget tracking. * Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes. * Liaise with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to keep communication clear and consistent. About You: * Experience in project administration or coordination, ideally in fit-out, interiors, or construction. * Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. * Confident communicator who enjoys working as part of a team. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management systems. * Experience using Procore would be highly advantageous.
