You will be responsible for:
๐ Winning new contract business
๐ Positioning consultants into live and speculative opportunities
๐ Creating demand from the market โ not waiting for it
What Youโll Be Doing
๐ฅ Business Development First (Core Focus)
* Identify and win new contract opportunities across:
o Salesforce ecosystem (SI partners, end clients)
o IBM Maximo / EAM clients & partners
* * Build relationships with:
o System Integrators
o Consulting Partners
o End Clients
o Recruiters (for split deals / collaboration)
* * Drive outbound activity:
o LinkedIn outreach
o Email campaigns
o Market mapping

๐ฏ Market-Led Opportunity Creation (Key Differentiator)
* Monitor live job postings across job boards and marketplaces
* Identify roles where we can immediately supply consultants
* Match bench consultants to these opportunities
* Proactively contact:
o Hiring managers
o Recruiters
o Talent teams
*
Using:
* LinkedIn (InMail / direct outreach)
* Email outreach
* Recruitment tools
๐ Objective: Turn job adverts into new business opportunities
๐ Not just applying โ owning the relationship and the deal
๐ฅ Consultant Placement & Bench Sales
* Actively market available consultants (โbenchโ) into the market
* Use a candidate-led sales approach:
o Present consultants before roles exist
o Create demand around strong profiles
* * Position consultants into:
o Partners
o End clients
o Recruiters

๐ 360 Recruitment Execution (Supporting Function)
* Take and qualify job briefs
* Source and qualify candidates when required
* Manage full lifecycle:
o Client engagement โ submission โ interview โ close
* * Negotiate rates and commercial terms
๐ Pipeline & Deal Ownership
* Build and manage your own pipeline:
o Clients
o Opportunities
o Active deals

๐ Expectation: You begin generating deals from Month 2 onwards

Compensation & Structure

Requirements
* 2+ years in tech recruitment (contract preferred)
* Proven experience in:
o 360 recruitment OR business development
o Winning clients and closing deals
* * Strong ability to:
o Generate leads from job boards and outbound activity
o Convert opportunities into revenue
o Sell consultants into the market
* * Experience in one or more:
o Salesforce
o IBM Maximo / EAM
o AI / Cloud / Data
