Job Description
We are looking for a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, offering a salary of £36,000 - £44,500 per annum, 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata), a 10% in-store discount, and a pension scheme. As a Deputy Store Manager, you will play a vital role on the shop floor and behind the scenes, managing cash processes, stock integrity, and inspiring your colleagues. You will take ownership of the store in the absence of the Store Manager, leading by example and supporting your team.
Responsibilities include setting a positive example for the team and customers, managing deliveries, monitoring KPIs, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring health and safety compliance.
