Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Warehouse Administrator to join our operations team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is eager to build a career in logistics and warehouse management. You will support daily warehouse activities, assist with inventory control, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with maintaining accurate records of stock levels and product movements.
* Support the processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.
* Prepare basic documentation such as delivery notes, receipts, and shipping labels.
* Enter data into warehouse systems and generate simple reports when required.
* Help coordinate with suppliers, drivers, and internal teams to schedule deliveries and collections.
* Assist with routine stock checks and cycle counts.
* Ensure filing and records are kept up to date.
* Support the warehouse team with general administrative tasks.
* Follow company health, safety, and security guidelines at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
