A key part of our work involves building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with local and regional vehicle dealerships, alongside supporting repeat commercial customers and managing high-quality inbound enquiries generated through our website and digital marketing channels. The Role We are seeking an experienced Business Development & Sales Manager with a background in the signage, vehicle wrap, or print industries. This role will focus on handling inbound enquiries while developing and maintaining long-term relationships with franchise groups and multi-site clients. The position is primarily office-based in Trafford Park, with occasional travel for client meetings and site visits. The successful candidate will adopt a consultative sales approach, focusing on account development, client retention, and identifying new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Managing and converting inbound enquiries from digital channels, referrals, and marketing campaigns Developing and maintaining relationships with franchise groups, multi-location businesses, and repeat commercial customers Interpreting brand guidelines and rollout specifications for national and regional projects Advising clients on suitable signage, branding, and print solutions across multiple sites Producing detailed quotations, proposals, and project rollout pricing structures Overseeing projects from initial enquiry through to completion and account aftercare Building strong, long-term client partnerships to encourage repeat business Working closely with internal design and production teams to ensure smooth project delivery Maintaining accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, and follow-up schedules Essential Requirements Demonstrable B2B sales experience within the signage, vehicle graphics, or printing sectors (essential) Experience managing franchise, multi-site, or high-volume commercial accounts Strong knowledge of signage and print products including shopfront signage, vehicle graphics, panels, vinyl applications, and large-format print Confidence in preparing quotations, managing margins, and developing client accounts Professional, consultative, and solution-focused sales style Excellent organisational and time management skills Self-motivated with a strong focus on relationship building Full UK driving licence desirable What We Offer Competitive basic salary package Performance-based commission structure Strong earning potential through repeat and national client accounts Consistent flow of warm inbound leads Full support from experienced in-house design, production, and sales teams Opportunity to grow within a well-established and expanding business Role can be Part Time or Full Time How to Apply Please apply via Indeed with your CV.
