Outsourcing Assistant Manager A leading Accountancy Firm is seeking an Outsourcing Assistant Manager to join its growing team. The Role The Outsourcing Assistant Manager will play a key role in delivering tailored financial solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients. This is a hands-on, client-facing position that combines accounting operations with strategic financial insight. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with cloud-based technologies and will contribute to the delivery of high-quality, value-driven services. Key Responsibilities: Deliver a full range of accountancy services, including: Management reporting Statutory reporting and review Cashflow and forecast modelling Build and maintain strong client relationships Manage and support junior team members, including mentoring and training Oversee resource planning and ensure service excellence Collaborate across departments and identify opportunities for business development Participate in one-off client projects as required Candidate Profile Fully qualified accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) Experience in either practice or industry Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Experience with cloud accounting software and tech-enabled financial solutions Why Join?
