Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Legal Recruitment Assistant to join the London office of a leading global law firm on a permanent basis.
Working as part of the Legal Recruitment team, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting recruitment activity and administration.
Responsibilities will include:
* Acting as the first point of contact for agencies and managing relationships.
* Reviewing and coordinating agency approaches.
* Maintaining accurate, up-to-date recruitment administration.
* Supporting document and candidate record management.
* Creating vacancies and preparing candidate shortlists on Workday.
* Researching and suggesting improvements for hiring strategy.
* Organising and coordinating agency briefings.
* Working with the wider teams to support hiring and invoicing processes.
* Collecting and sharing candidate feedback.
* Providing administrative support to the team, highlighting areas for improvement.
* Ad hoc support to the wider recruitment team as necessary.

Suitable applicants will have gained prior HR or Recruitment experience in a similar role within a law firm, professional services environment, or recruitment agency. Applicants that display strong attention to detail, communication, and organisation skills alongside familiarity with applicant tracking systems (eg. Workday) are highly desired.
