Conveyancing Assistant – Residential Property
A respected regional law firm is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant to join its busy Residential Property team in the Telford office. This is a great opportunity to support a collaborative team on a wide range of residential transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with file opening/closing, drafting correspondence and post-completion work
* Handle Land Registry applications and Stamp Duty submissions
* Support fee earners with file progression and client communication
* General administrative tasks including typing, diary management and document handling
Requirements:
* Experience in a legal conveyancing support role preferred
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident communicator with good IT literacy
