What you’ll be doing in the role
You’ll be at the heart of our digital trading team, helping to deliver a seamless and high-performing online experience.
* Support day-to-day trading operations, ensuring all onsite activity is accurate and aligns to plan
* Assist with the setup and execution of promotions, campaigns, and product updates
* Maintain product categorisation and site merchandising to support a clear customer journey
* Carry out regular site checks to ensure content, pricing, and navigation are correct
* Monitor performance and help track key metrics like traffic, conversion, and sales
* Update and maintain trading reports and dashboards
* Identify and escalate any issues or opportunities impacting trading performance
* Work closely with teams across Trading, Marketing, Buying, and Digital
What we’re looking for
You don’t need to know everything—but you do need curiosity, attention to detail, and a drive to learn.
* Experience or interest in ecommerce, retail, or merchandising
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confidence working with data and Excel
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* A basic understanding of online customer journeys
* A proactive mindset with the confidence to take ownership and ask questions
