Apprentice HR Business Administrator

Location: Hanley, Stoke on Trent

Salary: Competitive

Are you a highly organised and motivated individual looking to kick-start your career in Human Resources? We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Apprentice HR Business Administrator to join our team and provide vital administrative support. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and work towards a recognised HR qualification.

As an Apprentice HR Business Administrator, you will be an integral part of our HR department, helping to ensure the smooth running of our people processes. You will gain exposure to all stages of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding. This role is perfect for someone who loves to be busy, has a keen attention to detail, and is passionate about helping people.

Your duties will include:

* Maintaining accurate digital and confidential employee records.
* Assisting with administrative tasks related to Recruitment, Learning & Development & Employee Relations.
* Responding to and redirecting general HR queries from colleagues.
* Preparing HR documents and reports as required.
* Assisting with other ad-hoc administrative duties and projects.

What We're Looking For:

* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* A confident and professional communicator, both written and verbal.
* A willingness to learn and a positive, can-do attitude.
* Confident working on a PC and managing desktop applications (Google Suite, MS Office etc)
* A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
