The Role: They are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Tax Manager to join their team. This is a unique opportunity for someone with strong tax compliance experience aiming for fast-track career progression, including a clear path to becoming a Partner with equity. Responsibilities include managing a team, handling client portfolios, and providing tax compliance and advisory services, working closely with clients independently.
What you will do:
* Tax Compliance Management: Oversee tax compliance for diverse clients, ensuring accurate and timely filings.
* Client Advisory: Provide high-quality tax advisory services, offering guidance on tax planning and efficiency. Experience in tax advice is preferred but not essential.
* Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team, fostering development opportunities.
* Client Management: Independently meet with clients to discuss their tax needs, offering tailored solutions and building long-term relationships.
* Billing & Profitability: Manage billing processes, ensure accurate invoicing, and maintain profitability.
What you will have:
* Qualifications: ACA/ACCA qualified, with a view to completing CTA or CTA already completed.
* Experience: Strong tax compliance experience is essential; some tax advisory experience is preferred. A background in accountancy is desirable. Experience with RoI tax matters is advantageous.
* Skills: Proven team management, excellent communication, client-facing skills, organizational skills, and billing management experience. A desire to succeed and grow.
