About me
I am a young man and I have a neurological condition called Friedreich’s Ataxia. It means that I am wheelchair bound and struggle with everyday activities such as washing, dressing, preparing meals and going to the toilet. I also have limited vocal ability however I am able to communicate and conversate well. I have full cognitive function.
Hours and Rate of Pay
Sleeping shift from Friday to Sunday night
Rate of Pay: £115 per shift.
Location
Great Baddow, Chelmsford

DBS check confirmation. Right to work and references need to be provided.
What you would be doing…
This is a sleeping night position where you will be on hand to provide reassurance and support if required during the night. Most of the shift will be spent sleeping with occasional assistance needed.
* Provide a reassuring presence overnight
* Support with any needs that may arise during the night
* Assist with personal care if required
* Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment

I’m looking for a reliable and compassionate night carer to support me in my own home during sleeping night shifts.
* A caring, patient and dependable person, with previous care experience preferred.
* Someone who is able to stay calm and responsive if support is needed during the night.
* Good communication skills.
