We are seeking an experienced RICS Chartered Surveyor for a 6-month contract to lead the operational management and small property asset management team of a high-value investment property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing the property management of the investment property portfolio
* Provide leadership and support to a property management team and external consultants
* Develop and maintain an asset management plan for each site/property in the portfolio
* Financial forecasting and budgets
Key Requirements:
* Strong commercial awareness
* Expertise in Landlord & Tenant Law, Rating Law, and service charge administration
* Knowledge of health & safety compliance and residential property management
* Skilled in using property data and systems to identify opportunities
Hybrid working available. Immediate start preferred.
