Are you an experienced engineer ready to take the lead? We're looking for a Lead Engineer to join our growing team in HMRC East Kilbride, Queensway House, Stewartsfield Way, East Kilbride, G79 1AA, to oversee maintenance operations at a prestigious client site. * Lead and mentor a skilled team of HVAC and Electrical technicians
* Deliver high-quality planned and reactive maintenance
* Diagnose and fix faults to keep critical systems running smoothly
* Ensure safety, compliance, and quality across all engineering activity
* Manage CAFM data, reports, and call-out rota
* Maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
NVQ Level 4 or higher in Engineering (or equivalent)
* Proven experience in building services and team leadership
* Strong working knowledge of H&S and engineering standards
* Confident using CAFM and Microsoft Office tools
* Clear communication, problem-solving, and planning skills
* Driving licence required.
