Join Our Kier Construction Emerging Talent Team
We are seeking a talented Emerging Talent Advisor to support our Emerging Talent (ET) programmes. This role involves working closely with stakeholders on-site and in offices to ensure our programmes are effective. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers and colleagues alike.
Location: Rushden, with hybrid working options and travel across the UK as needed.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, with some flexibility available.
Responsibilities
* Conduct regular check-ins with Graduates, Apprentices, and placement students to monitor progress and provide support.
* Track development and engagement of ET employees to promote retention and satisfaction.
* Serve as the main contact for ET queries, responding efficiently with your expertise.
* Build strong relationships with HR, managers, business leaders, and external bodies.
* Stay informed about trends in early career recruitment and development.
Candidate Profile
This role is ideal if you:
* Have a passion for developing emerging talent with experience in operational delivery of such programmes.
* Possess knowledge of HR policies and processes.
* Have excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and eager to learn new tools.
* Can create reports and analyze data with attention to detail.
