As a Sales Associate, you will:
* Work as part of a team focused on creating a memorable customer experience by building rapport, sharing product knowledge, and catering to customer needs.
* Conduct sales, refunds, and exchanges, helping customers find suitable alternative items or guiding them to our online services.
* Maintain high retail standards by selling, replenishing stock, organizing rails, and hosting.

* Manage and oversee stock in your department, including unpacking deliveries, completing audits, and maintaining the stockroom.

* Stay ahead of the latest trends by expanding your product knowledge and understanding of competitors.
* Follow health, safety, and security procedures, actively preventing stock loss.
* Support the interview process, which includes competency and strength-based questions, with available assistance at every stage.
