What You’ll Be Doing
As a Department Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of our operations:
* Oversee key production areas such as our DLC & Wash department.
* Ensure smooth, efficient workflows that meet tight schedules and uphold our 5-star quality standards
* Lead, coach, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results every day
* Maintain compliance with legislation, customer expectations, and company policies
* Build strong relationships with clients and swiftly resolve any operational issues
