You will be joining an award-winning commercial property consultancy that works with landlords and tenants across the UK. The team advises on building services in high profile London properties as well as regional offices, retail, and mixed-use sites. Projects range from condition surveys and compliance checks to full design, specification, and project delivery.
In this role, you will be trained to carry out M&E surveys, write technical reports, review maintenance contracts, and provide strategic advice to clients. You will also have the chance to work on small to medium sized projects, managing them from concept through to completion alongside experienced engineers and surveyors.

What you will be doing
Assisting with mechanical and electrical condition surveys in commercial buildings
Helping to produce specifications, designs, and cost estimates
Supporting the tender process and monitoring contractor performance
Advising on compliance, lifecycle planning, and operational efficiency
Managing smaller projects with guidance from senior staff What you need
Mechanical or electrical design experience in a consultancy or contractor setting
Qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (degree or HNC)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Willingness to learn new skills in surveying and client advisory work
