Overview
Join Carlsberg Britvic, the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK, and work with leading brands such as Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, Poretti, Robinsons and various Pepsi portfolio products. As a Regional Manager you will focus on performance managing your field team – ensuring delivery of results through field-based coaching, team meetings, training, development and appraisals. Ideally, you will have experience leading a field based team within the FMCG industry and in a client-facing environment. You will also be a strong builder of relationships with key stakeholders.

* Working in partnership with our in‑house recruitment team to recruit & retain talent
* Commercial insight from the field, providing effective and timely reporting
* Developing and enacting joint business plans with the client to deliver results
About You
Ultimately, it’s about owning the sales and share performance of Carlsberg Britvic brands across your region and seeking out opportunities to deliver ahead of the market.
Experience Required
* Highly competitive sales leader with a burning desire to win in the marketplace and ability to build that culture within a team
* Proven track record as a successful Regional Sales Manager or similar role within a fast‑paced environment – FMCG, business development or retail
* Strong strategic mindset to identify long‑term goals, devise effective business development strategies and make informed decisions that drive substantial sales growth and consistently achieve ambitious targets
* Embrace and understand the commercial aspects of the role, being highly organised, strong multitasker and a very strong communicator
* Ability to review and analyse sales data to drive regional sales performance
* Team‑player essential as an inspirational leader of Territory Managers to unlock outstanding sales outcomes and build a winning team
Requirements
* Full driving licence and ability to travel nationally
