We're seeking a Revit-proficient Architectural Technologist with proven project-running experience on large-scale schemes to join their growing Manchester studio.
This design-led consultancy, with three UK offices and a global presence, delivers outstanding work across residential, mixed-use, commercial and urban regeneration sectors. The 65-strong Manchester team is leading some of the region's most significant regeneration and Build-to-Rent projects, including a landmark £200m masterplan.
This role suits a confident, technically skilled Architectural Technologist experienced in later RIBA stages (3-5), producing and coordinating detailed technical packages and liaising directly with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
Architectural Technologist Salary & Benefits
* Competitive salary up to £50,000, depending on experience

Architectural Technologist Job Overview

Architectural Technologist Job Requirements
* Degree in Architectural Technology (or equivalent qualification)
* 5+ years' UK industry experience, ideally with large-scale project exposure
* Strong Revit proficiency and familiarity with BIM workflows
* Demonstrated technical delivery skills and thorough knowledge of UK Building Regulations
* Confident communicator with proven project-running experience
* Ability to work independently whilst thriving as part of a multi-disciplinary team
