Main Duties and Responsibilities: Providing Expert Guidance: Collaborate with the broader people team to offer comprehensive advice and guidance on various employee relation matters. Training and Coaching: Conduct training sessions and provide coaching to line managers, equipping them with the necessary skills to handle employee relations issues effectively. Disciplinary and Grievance Management: Offer counsel and support in disciplinary and grievance investigations, ensuring fair and consistent procedures are followed in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Generalist HR Support: Deliver generalist HR support to all divisions within the organization, serving as a trusted resource for employees and managers alike. Absence Management: Assist in managing long-term absences, working closely with individuals and relevant stakeholders to facilitate a smooth return-to-work process. Employee Engagement Projects: Participate in initiatives aimed at promoting employee engagement, contributing ideas and support to enhance workplace culture and morale. Welfare Programme Support: Provide support to employees through the company's welfare programme, offering assistance and resources to address personal and professional challenges. Essential Criteria: Experience: Minimum of two years' experience in an employee relations role, demonstrating proficiency in handling various HR challenges.
