In our Programme Adoption Lead role, you’ll be playing a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation and uptake of strategic programmes across the organisation. This role focuses on driving user engagement, managing change, and embedding new ways of working to maximise the value of programme outcomes. * Location: Hybrid, minimum of 1 to 2 days per week in one of our offices * Salary: Up to £55,000 per year * Contract: Permanent * Your week: 36.25 hours per week, 9am – 5.15pm Monday to Friday, with 1-hour lunch Snapshot of your role This is what your day will look like as our Programme adoption Lead: * Adoption Strategy: Develop and execute user adoption strategies for key programmes, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. * Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to understand needs, address concerns, and champion adoption. * Communication & Training: Assist with the design and delivery of communication plans, training materials, and engagement activities to support programme rollouts and user adoption * Change Management: Using the agreed Change Management methodology and Framework (ADKAR) support individuals and teams through project transitions providing focus and insights on change impact and engagement activity * Measurement & Feedback: Define success metrics, monitor adoption progress, and gather feedback to inform continuous improvement. What we are looking for from you To thrive in our Programme Adoption Lead role, you’ll need: * Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. * Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. * Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on adoption success. * Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies. * Understanding of the technical tools being implemented and can translate technical features into user benefits.
