Join the dynamicteam at Raisin as the Head of / Director Business Transformation UKa pivotal role reporting directly to the Raisin CEO UK that ensuresRaisin UKs operating model is set up for growth and scalability.Raisin UK is a fast growing fintech which is FCA supervised andholds licenses as an API (Authorised Payment Institution) and underFSMA. This role is central to building Raisin target operatingmodel and overseeing and improving key (outsourcing) partnerships.The role requires handson involvement and the drive to continuouslyevolve Raisins setup and operations to make sure they support itsrapid growth. You will lead a team of 67 specialists andcollaborate with crossfunctional teams across Raisin Group inoperations AML/KYC operations compliance legal tech anddata.
YourResponsibilities
* Change and ProjectManagement: You will lead and implement changes to Raisinsoperating model to improve customer experience and scalability ofoperations. This involves ensuring that new services and productfeatures changes to outsourcing relationships and changes inresponse to new or changing (regulatory) requirements are carriedout successfully in accordance with business objectives whileavoiding or minimising adverse impact.
* KeyProvider Management: You will work closely with key providers whoare an integral part to the delivery of Raisin UKs valueproposition. You will ensure a successful collaboration monitorperformance identify and carry out improvements and act as a pointof escalation if needed.
* Customer OnboardingOperations (AML/KYC Ops): Together with your team you will ensurehigh quality operations in onboarding Raisin UK customers andongoing monitoring of customers. You will continuously challengeand identify areas of improvement to build a frictionless andjoyful onboarding experience for ourcustomers.
* Performance Monitoring andReporting: You will establish and track Key Performance Indicators(KPIs) for your team and certain outsourcing relationships toensure service quality and adherence to agreed standards. This alsoincludes that you will be the business owner for certain regulatoryreportings to be delivered by Raisin or a partner to whom Raisinoutsources. You will ensure Raisin UK understands its regulatoryobligations and will work closely with relevant teams such ascompliance legal and data to deliver requiredreports.
* Collaborative Approach andInterdepartmental Coordination: You will collaborate with variousdepartments including AML/KYC operations UK compliance legal techand data across Group to achieve your mission and deliver onbusiness objectives.
YourProfile
* Educational Background:Degree in Business Administration Finance Economics or a relatedfield.
* Experience: Proven experience in astartup or scaleup in consulting fintech or in financial services.Handson experience demonstrated in prior leadership roles tosucceed in a fastpaced environment and to understand the bigpicture yet demonstrated the ability to roll up your sleeves anddig into the details to execute against businessgoals.
* (Technical) Skills and Mindset: Stronganalytical skills to analyse multiple problems develop and drivesolutions confidence in working in the unknown taking initiativeand designing processes when they do not yetexist.
* Communication Skills: Strongcommunication skills for effective collaboration with your team andstakeholders across business levels including csuite internally andexternally
* Leadership: Proven ability to leadand manage a team of specialists and the ability to work withcrossfunctional teams across RaisinGroup.
