Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a popular Bistro and Event Catering Company who are looking for a Roaming Chef to join their busy team, working with the two bistros mainly(Winchester and Exbury).
Due to the nature of this position you would need to be a driver.

Our client is an award-winning Bistro and Event Caterer, based in Hampshire. With offices in Winchester and Exbury, this independently owned business offers high-event event catering for weddings, private parties, and other events. As well as their two lovely bistros located in Winchester and Exbury.
What's involved?
As a Chef for this role, you would need to have access to a car or motorbike - as you will be supporting one of the bistros. Each bistro is very different but a one person operation in the kitchen with only a 20 cover capacity at any one point. You will be overseeing the bistro in the Chefs absence on days off or holidays, so need to have experience with orders, FSA Legislation etc.
With this role you will work minimal evenings (only when a themed night is on or event) so you get a great work life balance with any overtime paid.
