Your Role
As a Control Group Agent at QuickSTAT, you’ll handle and monitor all operational activities, ensuring compliance with company policies. Additionally, you’ll oversee live network activities, verifying adherence to agreed rate structures and pricing policies. Collaborating closely with Customer Service and Sales teams, your goal will be to maximize client satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities
1. Work as part of the daily operations of the LHR Control Tower team;
2. Managing daily email volumes in the Control Group inbox;
3. Develop and implement customer focused operational policies and procedures;
4. Assist with complex and escalated Operational issues in accordance with the Operations Manager / Supervisor. Monitor accuracy of reporting and data base information · Co-ordinate customer service projects and initiatives;
5. To on a daily basis ensure Network / Vendor partner compliance to all agreed company policies, procedures and pricing structures;
6. Provide weekend / OOH cover for general Customer Service processes & procedures.
Your Skills and Experiences
7. Customer Service experience;
8. Comprehensive understanding of Courier / Freight Operations including Import / Export / Warehouse & Transport;
9. Good understanding of World Geography;
10. Negotiation and problem solving skills;
11. Able to operate under sometimes pressurized situations;
12. Flexibility to work from Sunday to Thursday rotating shifts
13. Good computer skills, Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint essential
