The Role They are now seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to support the delivery of marketing activity across their key product areas. Working closely with senior management, youll help plan and execute marketing strategies and oversee campaigns that deliver measurable results. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, working autonomously, and making a real impact in a growing business. Key Responsibilities Partner with senior management to plan and deliver marketing strategies across our key product areas Design and produce engaging, creative marketing materials and supporting content Spot new opportunities to build brand awareness and increase brand value through targeted initiatives Ensure all marketing communications remain consistent, professional and aligned with brand standards Coordinate marketing campaigns end-to-end, monitoring performance and impact Prepare monthly updates and reports highlighting activity, results and key insights Support the wider team as needed to help meet business priorities and deadlines Essential Criteria Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, ideally with experience in the Software / SaaS sector A proven track record in delivering results through marketing campaigns Digital marketing skills (email marketing, social media, SEO/PPC, analytics/reporting) Working Arrangements Hybrid working: 2 days in the office (Monday & Thursday) and 3 days from home Office open full-time if you would prefer to work onsite more often Would suit someone who is self-managing, organised and confident working independently after initial training Benefits 32 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) Pension scheme: 6% employer contribution Private Health Cash Plan Life assurance (x4 salary) EMI share scheme after 12 months (giving staff the opportunity to benefit from company growth) Friendly, flat structure and supportive culture with low staff turnover If this sounds like you, then please get in touch today!
