Hillside Lodge Care Home is situated in Berwick-Upon-Tweed providing nursing care for up to 50 residents.
Lead with Care as a Senior Care Assistant at Hillside Lodge!
As a Senior Care Assistant, your role goes beyond supporting daily routines you’ll guide a team, nurture a compassionate environment, and ensure our residents always feel valued, safe, and respected. You’ll lead by example, mentor new team members, and oversee the delivery of high-quality care across every shift.

Who We’re Looking For
* NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care with at least 1 year of care experience
* Confident in leading shifts, mentoring staff, and delivering person-centred care
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to inspire and support your team
* Organised, observant, and proactive, maintaining high standards of care
* Adaptable and eager to learn, with a focus on career growth and leadership
