JD Generic – experience of assessing and detailed understanding of rent details of housing benefit claims. To provide guidance to local authority's on dealing with claims on those living in supported accommodation. Key Responsibilities: Provide timely, accurate advice and support to customers across a wide range of council services. Handle enquiries via multiple channels, including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. Promote digital self-service options and help build customer capability in using online tools. Resolve queries efficiently and manage cases to successful outcomes. Use council systems such as Northgate Revenues & Benefits, Jadu CRM, and Information@Work to support service delivery.
