Regional Painter & Decorator – Care Home Group

* Location: North England, Midlands & Mid Wales (involves extensive travel and overnight stays)
* Contract Type: Full-Time permanent, 40 hours per week
* Salary: £15 per hour/£31,200 per annum
* Benefits: £2500 car allowance plus mileage paid

We’re seeking a skilled and passionate Regional Painter & Decorator with a proven track record in interiors to help maintain and enhance the warm, welcoming environments across our group of 13 care homes. With a portfolio of beautifully designed residences spanning Mid Wales, Midlands up to Cumbria and North Yorkshire, your work will help ensure every space reflects the warmth, dignity, and sophistication our residents deserve.

About the Role

As our Regional Painter & Decorator, you will:

* Travel between our 13 care homes to deliver planned and reactive high-end decorative finishes in resident bedrooms, lounges, dining areas, and other communal spaces.
* Work with premium materials and finishes to maintain a high-quality aesthetic
* Collaborate with Home Managers and Maintenance Operatives to plan and execute refurbishments, touch-ups, and bespoke decorative projects with minimal disruption to residents
* Ensure all work meets health & safety, infection control, and fire safety standards.
* Take pride in creating elegant, welcoming and uplifting environments that reflect our brand and the values of our care community.

What We’re Looking For

* Experience in painting and decorating high quality settings (e.g. boutique hotels, private residences, premium healthcare).
* A keen eye for detail and design sensibility
* Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule across multiple sites.
* Full UK driving licence (car allowance provided)
* An appropriate Level 2 qualification required (or extensive demonstrable experience if not)
* Willingness to undertake Enhanced DBS check
* Professional, courteous, and sensitive to working in residential care settings.
