Job Description
3. Provide HR advice and support to managers and staff across the institution.
4. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
5. Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
6. Support the recruitment and induction process for new staff.
7. Work closely with the wider HR team to deliver a high-quality service to the organisation.
8. Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
9. Ensure compliance with HR legal regulations and best practice.
10. Assist in maintaining accurate HR records.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
11. A qualification in Human Resources or related field.
12. Experience in a HR Advisor or similar role - MUST have employee relations experience
13. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
14. Knowledge of current HR practices and employment law.
