Job Summary: The Senior Repair Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the Repair Manager within the Repairs Department. The individual will oversee all repair orders as they move through the repair process. Will be responsible for reviewing quotes and workscopes for quality and accuracy. Maintain an open line of communication with vendors as well as Pioneer’s purchasing, sales and logistics teams. This position is essential to ensuring efficient management of repair processes, vendor relationships, vendor selection, and operational excellence as Pioneer continues to grow. This job is a hybrid role with 3-4 days a week onsite expected in Crawley, UK. Key Responsibilities: Create and process repair orders with accuracy, ensuring compliance with established company policies, aviation regulations, and industry best practices. Obtain and compare written quotes/workscopes from approved repair vendors, negotiating favorable terms to ensure cost-effectiveness and optimal turnaround time (TAT). Update and maintain the repair management system, including SalesForce, with expected delivery dates, to ensure accurate and up to date information on open orders. Identify and establish relationships with Part 145 Repair Stations to expand sourcing options and improve cost efficiency and service reliability. Assist with maintaining detailed performance metrics for suppliers, including cost, quality, and turnaround time, to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. Identify opportunities to approve operational processes. Preparing, dispatching and shipping repair orders from the UK warehouse where required. Qualifications and Skills: PC literate (Google workspace or Microsoft Office) 1-2yrs experience with supply chain / inventory management or related. Self motivated Required: Detail focused with strong organizational and follow-up skills Comfortable with managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in data entry and supply chain management and/or inventory management, including experience with CRM and inventory management software. Reliability and punctuality with a demonstrated ability to meet work schedules and deadlines. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Preferred: Experience with SalesForce and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.) or Microsoft Excel. Experience in Aviation purchasing, procurement, or supply chain coordination.
