Kings Estates are currently looking to employ an Administrator / Property Manager to join our letting agency in Southsea.
Principal Responsibilities
* Promote and deliver a high standard of customer service.
* Visit properties to carry out accurate Inventories, Mid Term Inspections and Check Out Reports
* Booking of Inventories, Mid Terms and Check Outs
* Advising Landlords after visiting of any maintenance works required.
* Liaising with Contractors and Landlords and Tenants for any maintenance work to be completed.
* Booking and chasing of Gas Safety Certificates
* Being aware of the legalities of Section 21, Section 8 and Section 13.
* Administering MyDeposit Claims
* Administering deposit releases
* Dealing with complaints from Landlords and Tenants
* Working on our Jupix system to log all details of properties, maintenance etc - for which full training will be provided
* Obtaining quotations for maintenance work from Contractors
* Chasing maintenance on outstanding and approved maintenance and inspections
Working hours are 9:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday and 10:00 - 16:00 on alternate Saturdays.
Salary is £26,000.00 – £30,000.00 per year depending on experience and knowledge of the industry.
Potential to earn yearly bonus on top of annual salary depending on performance.
Candidate must have their own car and business insurance will be required.
