Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer | Croydon
Salary: Up to £44,000 | Permanent, Full-Time (40hrs) Mon - Fri
We are seeking a reliable Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a key site in Croydon. You will provide essential electrical and multiskilled maintenance, ensuring the facility remains safe and operational.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver electrical PPM and reactive tasks (fault‑finding on lighting/power).
* Support general fabric repairs: carpentry, plumbing, and decorating.
* Manage CAFM data (Maximo), RAMS, and site consumables.
* Supervise subcontractors and ensure KPI/SLA compliance.
* Participate in the out‑of‑hours call‑out rota.
Requirements
* Recognised Electrical qualification level 3 & 18th Edition (Essential).
* First Aid at Work & strong H&S knowledge.
* Multiskilled experience in a public/corporate environment.
