Your Role as an SEMH Teaching Assistant
Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils with SEMH needs
Help create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment
Support pupils in managing behaviour and emotional regulation
Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams
Encourage engagement, confidence, and positive learning experiences
Contribute to behaviour strategies and individual support plans

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
