As our portfolio continues to expand, we’re excited to welcome new Project Managers to our team.
As a Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of energy infrastructure. You’ll lead with empathy, collaborate across disciplines, and ensure our projects are delivered with care, precision, and purpose.
Key Deliverables
* Guide and support cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
* Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Coordinate design, procurement, and construction activities with a focus on collaboration and clarity.
* Proactively manage project scope, risk, and change.
* Champion quality, safety, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and a people-first mindset. You might be a seasoned project manager or someone ready to take the next step in your career.
* Experience in project management within engineering or construction environments.
* Strong communicator and team leader who values inclusivity and diverse perspectives.
* Familiar with project management frameworks (, APM, PRINCE2, PMP).
* Background in design or construction management (chartered status is a plus).
* Organised, adaptable, and confident managing multiple priorities.
