This senior role will shape strategy, deliver value for money, ensure compliance, and build strong supplier relationships aligned with organisational values and governance. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and delivery of the organisation’s procurement strategy Provide strategic and operational leadership to the procurement team Ensure procurement activity delivers value for money, efficiency, and risk management Oversee compliant procurement processes in line with relevant regulations and internal policies Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers Lead on complex, high-value, and high-risk procurement exercises Develop robust contract management and supplier performance frameworks Monitor procurement performance and report on outcomes and savings Champion ethical, sustainable, and socially responsible procurement practices About You; You will be a confident and credible procurement leader with the ability to operate at senior level and influence across an organisation. Key requirements: Experience of working in and commitment to the charity or Not for Profit Sector Significant experience in a senior procurement role Proven track record of leading procurement strategy and transformation Strong knowledge of procurement legislation, governance, and best practice Experience managing and developing high-performing teams Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills Strong analytical and commercial awareness Professional procurement qualification (e.g. CIPS or equivalent) Experience working in a complex, multi-stakeholder organisation Knowledge of sustainable or ethical procurement frameworks Why Join Us?
