* Machining of various materials
* Turning, milling, and drilling to manufacture and refurbish precision rollers
* Manual handling and lifting equipment, including overhead cranes and forklifts
* All aspects of manufacturing using the latest manufacturing methods
* Machine setup and operation
* Tooling and maintenance
* Quality control and inspection
* Documentation and reporting
* Health and safety
You will be supported to undertake recognised qualifications whilst gaining on-the-job experience. As an apprentice machinist technician, you will work under the guidance and supervision of experienced machinists and learn the skills required to operate CNC and conventional machines.
