Overview
Location: Stoke-On-Trent, United Kingdom (Hybrid). Working hours: Full-time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday. Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits.
Role: VodafoneThree - Partner Manager (SoHo) at Vodafone.
What you’ll do
* Work with partner client team to effectively improve and maintain business volume and revenue
* Work with supply chain to ensure we are effectively reviewing partners
* Agree with marketing support materials for launch and for campaigns where required
* Support with training requirements and training requests to L&D and align with the coaches on content
* Work with commercial and finance team to ensure rate cards are optimised
* Plan all aspects of implementing tactical trading decisions quickly & effectively
* Ownership of onboarding and training process
* Utilize partner technology to improver customer and commercial results
* Weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews with all partner covering commercial and customer performance
Who you are
* Contact centre management experience
* Good stakeholder management skills enabling cross-functional collaboration up to Senior level
* Good influencing & negotiating skills
* Applied thinking to provide practical solutions to challenging problems
* Good presentation skills where required up to Senior Management level
* Great communications and negotiation skills to collaborate and encourage those who are partners and not directly employed by Vodafone
