Senior or Principal Planner

Our client is a National Town Planning consultancy with offices across the UK, they are looking to onboard a Senior or Principal Planner to their successful planning team. Our client is ideally looking for Chartered Town Planners with good experience in a variety of projects and taking a lead role. This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of an excellent planning consultancy.
As a Senior/Principal Planner your duties will include;
1. Managing a wide and diverse range of client instructions
2. Engage in business development through bid preparation and networking with existing and proposed clients
3. Mentoring junior staff members
4. Undertaking site development appraisals and planning assessments
The ideal Planner will have the following;
5. MRTPI qualification (Or actively working towards accreditation)
6. Town Planning experience
7. Excellent communication skills
8. A full UK drivers licence
The salary for this role will be negotiable depending on level of experience
