We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding Anzu's presence in the mobile and PC gaming industry by identifying and securing partnerships with game publishers.
This role offers significant potential for growth within Anzu, with opportunities to expand responsibilities and eventually lead a business development team. We are looking for a candidate who not only excels in individual contributions but also demonstrates the leadership qualities necessary to mentor, inspire, and grow a high-performing team.
This is a remote position, and the successful candidate should be comfortable working independently and collaboratively from a remote environment.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
* Build targeted lists of mobile and HD games for monetization through the integration of Anzu's intrinsic ad SDK
* Develop compelling ad monetization business cases for game publishers
* Collaborate with Anzu's tech and creative teams, as well as third parties, to optimize and present our offerings
* Negotiate favorable terms with game publishers
* Meet and exceed quotas for the number and the quality of signed games
* Cultivate strong relationships with major gaming groups to secure additional game partnerships
Requirements
* Native-level English proficiency
* Proven experience in negotiating and signing mobile game publishers utilizing SDKs/Tech
* Strong sales orientation and excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, management, and peers, coupled with strong negotiation abilities
* Detail-oriented with the ability to conduct thorough opportunity analysis and manage the entire business funnel for signing mobile game publishers
* Excellent command of Google Workspace tools, including presentations, sheets, and documents
